I think listening and extending your reach is the best way to approach social media but that any attempt to sell on any of these platforms will be counterproductive.

Hi again, Terry: If we're not selling...we're being counter-productive with our time..no? Actually listening and then reacting to the needs/wants/desires is a form of selling. Relationships often create sales. Thanks again for reading and for the comment. - Michael
