YouTube crushes Hulu. We've told you before about the power of YouTube the number two or three (depending on who you listen to) search engine on the planet. It's a story about User Generated Content vs. Quality Contentand for now...UGC wins. It's a story out of Mashable. IF you are NOT using video in your small business you are missing the opportunity to be found. We'll give you a "nugget" or two on this today.
I learned a valuable lesson this week about trying to please a customer, keeping costs low and speed. I failed at all three. I'll share it with you so you don't make the same mistake. It has to do with product photos and how important it is that they are right...every time.
The Danger of Re-Branding- We talk about it all the time, when somebody get's a wise idea (for the moment) and just because they have a new title, new responsibility and because they simply want change...it all goes south. It happens every day but when it's going on at Wal-Mart people notice. We'll talk about this story from Ad Age and how there is a lesson here for your business. (Oh, and this isn't the first time for Wal-Mart...we'll give you that history too.)
