First off a BIG, "I'm Sorry!" - Yesterday for the first time in months and months we had a major technical issue so we were not able to do our show or a number of others. Our T-1(Internet Line) went down...just...BANG and we were not able to get it back for one or two shows. I am sorry...truly...to our viewers and to my guests from yesterday. We had a rockin' look at how "Humans Have Exited HR". We'll reschedule and do this again...
Don't want to keep you out of the loop...I'll be Tweeting about "Customer Service" as I make my way south. I've been watching some "Help Wanted" ads over the past several weeks - It's too early to tell but I'm seeing the same companies with the same postings week after week...after week. Are they NOT finding the right people? Are they advertising crappy jobs? OR...are they trolling in their own industry hoping somebody might jump ship? Not sure...but with so many excellent people out there looking it's really...odd. What do you think??
I had a conversation with a friend yesterday about Dwolla the online account where you can make financial transactions for $.25 each rather than 2 - 5 percent of the transfer value. He's a smart, savy guy...and wondered "out loud" if they will catch on beyond...Iowa. They have and once business catches wind of how much they can SAVE on...say...a wholesale order of product of $10,000 they just might take their orders to the Web. What do you think???
