Last week we had a national story about how, in a survey by Accountemps, the Des Moines Metro is tied with Boston as the second most stressed out city in the nation. We got beat out by Salt Lake City. What? The article went on to talk about stress, productivity and business. We reached out to Des Moines University and invited Dr. Jerrit Tucker from the behavioral medicine department to join us for a conversation about...stress.
