Several years ago we did an interview with Zach Smith from ManUp Iowa and recently ran into him in his capacity as a Boy Scout Leader
and invited him back for a recap of what ManUp Iowa has been up to; the changes and additions to the program. We sat down at our favorite coffee shop, Grounds for Celebration in Windsor Heights and learned plenty about this important work including how efforts like this should be better understood by businesses.
