4th Annual Sista Soul Fest with Loretta Windsor

Over the years we've had the opportunity to visit with so many entrepreneurs and at each meeting we've found their stories to be compelling.  That too was the case when I sat down with Loretta Windsor the founder of Sista Soul Fest now in its fourth year. This is so much more than a festival. There is a  powerful economic driver behind her vision for build economic wealth for women and especially women of color. Our featured guest was Deputy Chief of Mission from Washington, D.C. Eliav Benjamin.  We hope to feature Eliav in a future interview to talk about business opportunities between the U.S. and Israel. The Okoboji Writers Retreat 2.0 with Julie Gammack

Last year when my friend, journalist and entrepreneur, Julie Gammack called to invite me to attend the Okoboji Writers Retreat I was happy to say "Yes!". I figured that maybe 50 writers, speakers, creators might show up.  Uhm...I was wrong. Over 120 folks showed up to listen, learn and get motivated to create some magic.
