The Business News Headlines and Partly Personal 27 June 2024

Welcome to Thursday.  We had a family issue yesterday that rocked us pretty hard. We had made the decision to have our beloved dog, Oscar, move across the Rainbow Bridge. He was a Lab/Chow mix who had been struggling for the past year with age and joint problems We got him as a rescue at age five or six (nobody knows) and had him for close to ten years. I know that you know...how awful this is. The Vet, who works for Lap of Love was amazing and she came to our home. The company specializes in end of life care in 36 states.  I just thought you should know.

It is good to be back with you.  It's been quite the week here.  Early on Tuesday morning our studio and offices were flooded with close to an inch of water during a storm that dumped two-inches in under twenty minutes. That was followed by a storm that knocked out power for 23 hours. Combining the water damage clean up and clearing trees it was a full 23 hours...we were not bored. But, we're back and grateful!
